Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are a consumer residing in Belgium, the Netherlands, or another country within the European Union, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This statutory right is in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy described below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, in accordance with your legal rights.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery (such as certain beauty and personal care products)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Sale items may be returned unless they are expressly excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If the merchandise is being shipped to a consumer within the European Union, including Belgium and the Netherlands, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting us at Info@vimalis.com.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unless handling was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. The item should, where possible, be returned with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your mandatory legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Belgium, the Netherlands, or the European Union.
